Directive antennas allow higher Audio/Video transmission ranges than omni-directional antennas. By transmitting in only one direction, unlike omni-directional antennas which transmit in any direction, and orienting opportunely the antennas you might double the transmission range, compared to standard models that mount 3 dB omni-directional antennas.
By using 2 directive antennas (both on transmitter and receiver) you can triplicate the transmission range. Directive antennas are used mainly in outdoors, in order to eliminate noises due to bad weather conditions.

9 dB YAGI directional antenna (Accessories)
Directional antenna for transmitters and receivers.
 

Applications

NYG1S is an YAGI directional antenna with a 9 dB gain. It can be used in place of a standard antenna, on any wireless camera or receiver.
The antenna can be aligned optically, thanks to its very wide field range (about 30° horizontally and vertically).

Applications

NYG1PS is a 6 dB plane directional antenna. It can be used in place of the standard omni-directional antenna, both with transmitters and receivers, to increase the transmission range.
Plane technology has the advantage to reduce the antenna dimensions, compared to an YAGI directional antenna. NYG1PS is suitable for indoor/outdoor installations. The antenna orientation is simply made by optical alignment, thanks to its big aperture of field, about 55° horizontal and vertical.

Antenna suitable for wireless cameras and transmitters.
 

Applications

This antenna can be installed on NSH cameras and transmitters, providing an 6dB gain compared with the 3dB gain of the standard antenna. The transmission propagates on all directions (360°), like the standard antenna. It's a valid solution to enhance the range of all cameras and transmitters, when it's not possible to use a directional antenna because of its dimensions or when using two or more receivers in different directions.

Applications

Stabilized adaptor with switching technology which delivers more power with respect to its size, heat up less and regulate output more efficiently.
NAL4SS delivers 1A at 12VDC and is suitable for powering all NSH cameras with the exception of Speed Dome cameras, which require NAL5S adapter.
NAL4SS is the smallest 1A/12VDC adaptor available on the market today: only 40x25x33 mm. The compact size means it will fit into any casing or switching box. For further convenience the EU plug is removable.

Applications

Switching Power Supply like NAL4SS, but on printed circuit board. It's an 1A switching Power Supply, without any protection case. It's suitable to power more than one device and can be inserted in any box or case. It's mounted on a small printed circuit board (45x60 mm), with two pins to connect the 220VAC main power supply and a 5.5 mm jack to connect the 12VDC device. This power supply is ideal to be installed inside small junction boxes (i.e. 503), or inside the protective cases of the cameras. The small dimensions make it suitable also to power hidden cameras.

Applications

Almost all NSH devices, including cameras, transmitters, receivers, etc, take a 12V DC power supply.
As well as being safer this means that the devices can also be battery powered. NPS35S is a battery pack which delivers 3.5Ah at 12VDC, and can be used with all NSH products. It can be used as the only source of power, for example with portable systems, or as a back-up power supply in the event of a power failure. It has a 12 VDC output jack which connects to the device, and an input for connecting the 220VAC/12VDC power adaptor (supplied) used for recharging. The battery pack can be used to power a device until it runs out of power, and then be connected to the power adaptor and recharged, or the battery unit can be connected between the mains power and the device, to ensure a power supply only in the event of a power failure. It recharges automatically when the mains power is On.
NPS35S has been specifically designed to be as light and compact as possible, while offering long run-time.
The product comes complete with power adaptor for connecting to the mains, with a LED indicator for charging status.
