General operation

The X-55 features a switch On/Off system on the tail cap, protected by a rubber cover to make the switch water resistant. On the X-55 it's not necessary to adjust the focus thanks to the most advanced electroplated reflector which is providing the most perfect beam on the 5W LED unlike any other low level flashlight. The soft rubber pushbutton provides a perfect, soft and ergonomic switch.

Batteries

The X-55 just needs 2 Lithium CR123A batteries unlike any other 5Watt LED light in the market.

To change the batteries, simply unscrew the tail cap and replace the old batteries with new ones. Insert the new batteries with the positive end towards the bulb. Your flashlight is ready for operation. DO NOT OPEN the batteries, dispose in fire, recharge, heat above 200°F, expose to water.

WARNING: The Lithium batteries represent a potential fire, explosion and burn hazard.

Bulb

The heart of the X-55. The X-55 is not operated by a bulb but by a DIODE. It's an 5 Watt last generation LED managed by regulator circuits to maintain consistent levels of light output for as long as possible, current stabilizers and current limiters to protect the LED module from current and heat-related damage. The X-55 is the first flashlight to practice such kind of breakthru high technology features in an hand-held LED. Unlike typical LED lights that produce little amounts of light output, the new X-55 produces up to 75 TRUE Lumens of light output with the extended runtime of an traditional LED flashlight.
