Payment and shipping
DELIVERY TIMES
To calculate the delivery times of your ordered
products you have to add the availability time with the shipping time for
delivery to the Customer site.
Delivery time = Availability + Shipping time
The products' availability is reported on each product form. If you ordered many
products having different availability, the shipping will be
done when all the products will be available, unless you chose Partial
shipping of the products already available (the cost of the service is twice
the shipping costs). When all the products you purchased will be available, they
will be shipped. The delivery time will vary depending on
shipping modalities and type of payment choosen.
SHIPPING TERMS (Europe)
The service includes an insurance policy of up to EUR 1549,37, and
the possibility to ship and deliver on saturday, too. The shipping service
inside the EU is available to all the EU Countries, Norway and
Switzerland. To ship parcels in Greece it's necessary that the Customer
send us an e-mail containing all the informations needed for delivery
(full name, delivery address, e-mail address, product codes). We'll send
back a confirmation e-mail, detailing delivery times.
SHIPPING TERMS (International)
The service includes an insurance policy of up to EUR 1549,37, and
the possibility to ship and deliver on saturday, too. The International
shipping service is available for all the non-EU Countries and for the rest
of the world.
The Customer, before receiving the goods, will receive a confirmation
e-mail, showing all the shipping data. These data would be used by the
Customer to verify in real-time the shipping progress (Tracking system
available for EU and International shippings).
In case the products you ordered being temporarily unavailable, we'll
send you soon an e-mail specifying the new shipping date.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payments accepted are: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
Credit Card
After filling the form with your data, you'll be redirected to the BankPass
Web Secure Server which, with its strong 128-bits encryption
technology, guarantees the highest level of security for on-line
transactions. You should specify your e-mail address, your credit card
number and its expiration date (month, year). We confirm that all your
data are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit
encryption and that they are treated exclusively and solely by

Bank Transfer
Payments made via Bank Transfer nearby your reference bank. The
terms for payments using Bank Transfer are as follows:
- Place the Bank Transfer nearby your reference bank, by specifying
the order code that we've sent you by e-mail as a confirmation of your
purchase.
- To speed up times and allow us to ship the goods, we suggest you to
send us the receipt of the Bank Transfer (via fax or e-mail) granted by
your Bank.

The grand total amount to pay is written in the Order Recapitulation,
inside the confirmation e-mail. We will carry out your order as soon as
we'll get the receipt of the Bank Transfer, granted by your Bank.
RIGHT OF
WITHDRAW AND PRODUCTS WARRANTY
The purchases made by
correspondence, and therefore those made via Internet, are regulated
in Italy by a specific Law that obliges the Dealer to completely refund
the Customer in case the product doesn't satisfy the Customer's needs.
We hope that the products you bought from us fully satisfy your
expectations. However, sometimes, the products might not fully comply
to your needs. For this reason, as stated by the Decreto Legge N.50 del 15/01/1992 we
guarantee a 10 days money-back guarantee starting from the date you
received the goods at the address you specified.
To excercise the right of withdraw, the product must be returned complete in any part, NEVER USED, in its original conditions and package (i.e. the product should be resold as
NEW). The right of withdraw cannot be applied if the products aren’t returned within the time period, or when they’re damaged, with some components missing, or without the original package. The shipping costs to our address are charged to the Customer. For your better security, we suggest to use a shipping method with electronic tracking or assurance.
Exclusions
The withdraw from the order applies to Customers who bought the goods for purposes not referable to their professional activities. Purchases made by Firms, Companies, Entrepreneurs, Professionals and by all the subjects owning a VAT number are excluded from the right of withdraw. The right of withdraw doesn't apply to products inside sealed wrapping, if opened by the Customer. The right of withdraw can be practised only if the products and the original wrapping are complete in any part (and sealed, if applicable). The products, in other words, should be resold as
NEW. The right of withdraw doesn't apply in case the products aren’t returned within the time period, or when they’re damaged, deteriorated, lacking of any component, accessory, manual, or when the original wrapping was missing or damaged.

withdraw from the order you must send us, within 10 working days from
receiving the goods, a registered letter with receipt of return

The same letter might be sent us, within 10 business days, also by e-mail, fax or telegram, on condition that's been confirmed by a registered letter with return receipt within the following 48
hours. The letter must specify the invoice number, the product codes and their
quantity. Such letter must include the indications and modalities for refunding the payment (bank transfer, banking coordinates, etc.).
Before shipping, please contact our Customer Service that will send you by e-mail or fax an RMA module (Return Merchandise Authorization).
To exercise your right of withdraw, the product must be returned in its original conditions and in its original package (sealed, if
applicable). We will completely refund any products complying with the overmentioned pre-requisites.
Products warranty
The Italian Law N.24 of February 2, 2002 published on GU 27 of March 8, 2002 (integrated by the DL September 6, 2005, n. 206 - "Codice del consumo"), has put into effect the European Law 1999/44/CE concerning the warranty of products under commerce. In short, this Law fixes the period of warranty in 24 months, starting from the date of purchase and/or installation, and at least 12 months for second-hand products.
Return of defective
products
If you received a defective product, under warranty, you are entitled to return it.
Before shipping, please contact our Customer Service that will send you by e-mail or fax an RMA module (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any material returned without our prior authorization will be sent back to the sender. If we (or the manufacturer) will ascertain the product is defective we’ll replace/repair it under warranty. Warranty doesn't apply in case the malfunctioning being consequence of an incorrect installation or the material being tampered. It's also excluded from warranty the material being damaged from external events such as electric, atmospheric or accidental. It's our solely responsibility to choose between repairing or replacing the materials. Shipping costs of the returned items are charged to the Customer. Only in case we made a mistake with your purchased material, shipping costs will be charged to us. Shipping costs of repaired or replaced products will be charged to us. If the returned product is not defective (after being checked by our technical engineers and/or by the manufacturer) all the shipping costs (Customer going/return and any manufacturer going/return) will be charged to the Customer.
Shipping care
Please pack the material with care. Fill in the RMA module by describing the cause of return and place it inside the box.
Write the RMA number on the outside of the box in clear words; without the RMA number showed on the outside, the package will not be
accepted. Please don't forget to return any additional accessory, manual etc. supplied with the product you purchased and pack the products (if applicable) in their original wrapping. Ship the products
