2 - GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

2. When you place an order for a product, in a way listed above, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

3. When you place your on-line order we'll send you an e-mail (automatically sent by an auto-answering application) that will confirm we received your order.

4. NicoShop may cancel any purchase and may change or discontinue the products' availability at its sole discretionarity.

5. The price of each product is clearly shown on the NicoShop Web site and it's VAT inclusive.

6. Before you submit your Credit Card details to the SSL Secure Server, you'll be informed of the delivery costs, variable depending on the form of payment you chose. For international orders, please contact us in advance for details concerning delivery costs.

7. Prices are quoted in EUR. Outside Europe and UK Customers: your Credit Card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your Country at the current rate. Please note that the price shown in our Web site (as a secondary currency) it's only a reference for non-EU Customers and might not reflect accurately the actual exchange rates related to EUR currency.

8. We try to keep the NicoShop Web site as up-to-date as possible, but the intrinsic nature of e-commerce through Internet (subject to daily updates) can't guarantee that any particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you'll not be charged for it and, if you've already paid, we'll refund you the full amount you've paid.

9. NicoShop aims to ship the products within the specified shipping time (to be intended as a reference, adding the time for delivery). In case the shipping being later the date specified, NicoShop will not be responsible for any loss or damage or inconvenience caused to you by the delay in delivery. Before our shipping (before our E-mail of shipping confirmation) you may cancel the order without being charged by any added fee. By canceling the order after our shipping (after receiving our E-mail of shipping confirmation) you will be charged of the shipping costs twice (first time for shipping to your address, second time for return delivery to our Site).

10. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation e-mail within the shipping time specified, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we'll ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible or, if you want, you may cancel the order and if you've already paid we'll refund your money.

11. NicoShop doesn't give any guarantee concerning any other trade marks; the trademarks and brand names featured on the NicoShop Web site belong to their respective owners.
