SMICT and H.264 compression provides superior performance compared with similar digital image formats such asAVI, JPEG, MJPEG, MPEG, H.261, H.263 or Wavelet. Making use of our own algorithm together with a low bit rate, combined with high image quality, enables compression to meet the requirements of extended recording time onto a computer Hard Disk, and to transmit video through narrow band WAN/Internet.
